Terms of use
Last updated 18 August 2026
These terms cover the HelpWich website and product. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them. If you use HelpWich for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
The service
HelpWich is a shared inbox and related tools (docs, reports, apps, and settings) at helpwich.com. We provide the product as it exists today. Features can change as we ship.
You connect your own mailboxes. Replies leave through those mailboxes. We are not your email provider.
Accounts and workspaces
You must use a real work email and keep your login safe (password, 2FA, or a passkey). You are responsible for people you invite and for the data you store.
Owners can delete a workspace. That cancels billing and removes workspace data as described in the Privacy policy.
Trial and paid plans
New workspaces start with a 7-day trial and published limits. No card is required to explore. After the trial, a paid plan keeps the workspace unlocked.
Every paid plan includes a 14-day money-back window from the purchase date. Email us within that window for a full refund. Taxes, if any, follow the invoice.
You can cancel in billing settings. Access continues through the period you already paid.
Acceptable use
Use HelpWich for customer support and related team work. Do not use it to send spam, abuse, or unlawful content, to probe or attack the service, or to store data you are not allowed to process.
We may suspend a workspace that harms the service or other customers. We will try to email the owner first when that is practical.
Your content
You keep the rights to mail, docs, and files you put in HelpWich. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content so the product can run.
Customer email you handle is processed under the Data processing addendum. You are the controller of that mail.
Availability and liability
We work to keep HelpWich available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. The product is provided as-is except for promises we cannot disclaim under law.
To the extent the law allows, HelpWich’s liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost data except where the law says that limit cannot apply.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when the rules change. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the new terms. Questions: hello@helpwich.com. Last updated 18 August 2026.
