HelpWich is a shared inbox for product teams. Customers keep writing the address they already know. Your team works one queue, claims each thread, replies from that brand, and leaves notes the customer never sees.

We built it for SaaS and product companies that outgrew a shared mailbox password: more than one person answering mail, more than one brand inbox, and a help center that should live next to the queue, not in another tab.
